DAVID DE GEA will hold a family summit at the end of the season to decide on his future.
The Manchester United goalkeeper is torn between signing a new £200,000-a-week contract at Old Trafford and joining Real Madrid.
De Gea, 24, has a tight-knit family in Spain whose opinion he respects and he will ask them for their views before coming to a decision.
The meeting – which is expected to take place within the next fortnight – will include his Madrid-based girlfriend Edurne Garcia.
There is a feeling in the Spanish capital that De Gea will be playing for Real next season. But he could still opt to stay in Manchester, where he is happy.
De Gea also has a bond with United’s fans and has not forgotten how they backed him when his Old Trafford career got off to a rocky start.
Jones is expected to sign a £80k-a-week deal until 2019. But winger Nani looks to be on the way out again when he returns from his season-long loan at Sporting Lisbon this summer.
Everton, in the market for a winger, are the latest club eyeing him.
Nani, 28, joined United in 2007 from Sporting Lisbon – his first club.
And he was a penalty shootout scorer with the Red Devils when they won the Champions League in 2008 against Chelsea in Moscow.
